Store and manage detailed employee profiles including PSiRA registration, grading, automated PSiRA verification against the official registry, contact details, ID numbers, shift groups, site assignments, and employment status. Track firearms with serial numbers, licence details, licence renewal workflows, site allocations, condition tracking, and service history. Employee and firearm records are linked across permits, competencies, and inspections for full traceability.
Acknowledgement and Return Workflows
Track the full lifecycle of firearm issue, acknowledgement, and return. Employees can acknowledge permit receipt directly in the system or via a secure shared link on their own device. Return workflows include condition-on-return recording, round reconciliation, and a second-level manager return confirmation step. Unreturned permits are flagged automatically through expiry alerts, and unacknowledged permits trigger recurring reminders once the permit start time has passed.
Site Management
Create and manage company sites (physical locations) with employee and firearm assignments. Each site displays live statistics including employee count, firearm count, and active permit count. Managers and supervisors see data filtered to their assigned sites, ensuring operational separation across locations.
Inspection, Service, and Reporting Tools
Capture detailed firearm inspection records including condition assessments, ammunition checks, magazine counts, and inspector sign-off. Log shooting and discharge incidents with full circumstantial detail, damage reports, and case references. Track firearm service and maintenance with a dedicated service register including gunsmith booking, return, and dual-party signatures.
